1. On-Campus Brand NEW Deluxe Apartments.   

 Parkland Student Village Deluxe Apartments  These beautifully furnished new deluxe apartments can hold up to 500 students. Students can choose from a private bedroom with a private bathroom or a private bedroom with a shared bathroom setting. Each bedroom has a bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, and bed linens. Each apartment has a full-size kitchen and living room. In the kitchen, WPC provides a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, silverware, garbage disposal and dining table with chairs. In the living area there is a beautiful, soft sofa and chairs. Each student can buy a basic phone and internet service for their room however the school has internet and basic phone service. Students will need to purchase their own bathroom supplies. The school helps with paying for the electric bill; up to $100 each month. If the electric bill goes over $100 per month, the student is responsible to pay the additional amount. Students will need to purchase their own bathroom supplies.

* Security deposit $300.00 is refundable under **conditions.** Reservation fee is not refundable but is applied to first month’s rent. Reservation fee needs to be sent at least 2 weeks before your arrival date. 2. Student Dormitory

If you are looking for an comfortable and convenient lifestyle during your stay, we recommend our on-campus student residences. These buildings will provide you with all the privacy you need, and enable you to socialize with all your friends from around the world. There are many residential options, but all are located conveniently near WPC’s classrooms.

All dormitories are fully furnished with everything you need.

 On-Campus Student Dormitory Housing  Living in residence housing gives students a chance to get involved in campus life and the surrounding Portland community. Currently Western Pacific College has two on-campus student dormitory housing. These are fully furnished living space for 25 students. Students can choose from a private bedroom or a shared bedroom setting. All bedrooms have a bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet space and bedroom linens. There is a common kitchen area and WPC provides a microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, silver ware and garbage disposal. Clothes washer and dryer are located in each house at an additional cost per use. Each student can buy a basic phone and internet service for their room however the school has internet and basic phone service. Students will need to purchase their own bathroom supplies. The school helps with paying for the electric bill; up to $100 each month. If the electric bill goes over $100 per month, the student is responsible to pay the additional amount.

3. HomeStay / HostFamily

With this option you will live with a local host family and experience life with them. Meals are taken together, and you’ll be able to practice your English all the time.  Speaking English every day in a friendly supportive environment is one of the best way to become fluent. Our host family coordinator places students in carefully selected Portland homes where they can become part of the family and enjoy the friendliness and hospitality for which Portland Oregon residents are known for. Choosing this option will give you the chance to deepen your understanding of the country you are studying in by embracing its customs and language. Accommodation includes your own room, breakfast, sack lunch and evening meals on weekdays and all meals on weekends. Each WPC host family is carefully interviewed and each home inspected. International Students who request a host family are matched carefully with the host family to insure the best possible compatibility situation. Cost per month varies for different host families, but generally it ranges from $700.00 to $800.00 per month.

Social and Cultural Program
Fun is a word we take very seriously at WPC. Our dedicated staff will work hard to provide you with a variety of social, cultural and other activities to entertain and stimulate you, whatever your taste, whatever your budget may be. There are weekend tours to enjoy beautiful scenery, attend a Portland Trail Blazers NBA game, visits to historic places, fun learning activities with fellow students or theater evenings; you'll have plenty of opportunities to enjoy your free time as a student at WPC.

Airport PickUp and Dropoff
We meet and greet at the airport upon your arrival. When you arrive in the United States, a WPC representative will be there to welcome you at the airport and take you directly to your student housing.
